Our favourite traditional Greek sweet bite in a new edition! The petals come from a specific variety of rose called ‘Mayiatiko’ picked in the village of Ayios Yiorgos Sikousi on Chios. It is worth noting that this key ingredient is particularly delicate so the farmers must harvest the petals quickly to ensure freshness.
