Our spoon sweets are made using traditional recipes from Chios and with only fresh, Greek fruit. These delicious treats were offered to welcome visitors at home and this tradition continues today. CITRUS’ spoon sweets can also play a star role in the kitchen, particularly for baking, thanks to their intense flavour profile.
