“RENAISSANCE” COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 cocktail)
60ml SKINOS Mastiha spirit
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
7ml Fernet Branca
1 barspoon CITRUS Chios Mandarin spread
1 pinch Mediterranean salt
PREPARATION
Shake all the ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass. Use orange and lemon zest to garnish.
