1 flatbread / lagana
100g CITRUS strawberry jam
50g tahini
Toppings: fresh strawberries, crumbled hanva, fresh mint leaves & sesame seeds
METHOD
Mix the tahini with the strawberry jam.
Cut the flat read into generous slices.
Spread with the tahini / jam mixture and sprinkle with your choice of the suggested toppings.
